Find out about clouds

Jordi Mazon i Marcel Costa

The colours of the sky and the shapes and dynamics of the clouds are certainly attractive, but observing and identifying them is also of scientific importance and can be very helpful in predicting local weather conditions – particularly useful for people involved in hiking and other outdoor activities. This book sets out to show how to identify the different types of cloud, helping the reader to understand how they are formed and explaining how they can show that a change in the weather is coming or that the atmosphere will remain stable.
